2025 was a great year, and we’re looking forward to 2026. This is the time of year where we concentrate on making. From January to the end of March we don’t do any markets, and we make a lot of the pots we’ll need for the summer markets.

pottery by dave & family
is a reflection of our commitment to putting family first. All of our pottery pieces are handcrafted in the Fraser Valley on the west coast of Canada, and are dishwasher and microwave safe; we take pride in our own made-from-scratch glazes that are lead-free and food safe.
While we mostly sell at farmers markets and craft shows in the lower mainland, we also sell in select stores, and from our home studio.
Dave's work is primarily thrown on the wheel, working in series, with a focus on exploring variations in shape, texture, and surface treatment. Val creates handbuilt forms, including various animals and birds, as well as trays and small shapes using a slab roller.
